Short Description: As a community support worker, you will support our clients to remain in their own home promoting their independence

What you will be doing
* Supporting clients in the local community in living independently at home
* Assisting with personal care such as showering, bathing, continence care
* Administration of medication
* Meal Preparation
* Light domestic tasks
