The role: 3rd Year Assistant.
TONI&GUY are currently hiring for a creative and newly qualified Level 2 NVQ hairdresser to join our team.

Working Pattern: Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday).

What you’ll be doing:
* Continuing your education with TONI&GUY to ensure you are a confident member of staff able to conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience. The education provided will be a series of courses to add to your Level 2 hairdressing qualification in preparation for your completion of the TONI&GUY level 4 vardering program.
* Learning how to expand your client base and create high retention rates.
* Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
* Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI&GUY brand.
* Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.
