With over 30 years' experience providing security services, cleaning services, and CCTV, they pride themselves on developing their staff. Many of their former apprentices have gone on to build fantastic long-term careers within the company. As an Administration Assistant Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office.,

* Reception duties, including answering the telephone and taking messages
* Administration of the company's business management systems
* Accurate recording and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail
* Document control, copy typing, and filing
* Transcribing and filing timesheets
* Recording staff annual leave, sickness, and HR-related matters
* Assisting with the organisation of employee training and maintaining accurate records
* Processing new employee paperwork
* Liaising with suppliers regarding ongoing work and ordering parts
* Organising engineer visits and keeping systems up to date
* Minuting meetings as required

Good IT skills
* An excellent telephone manner
* Good organisational skills
* A positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn
