What you'll earn
* £28,000-£30,000 base salary (depending on experience)
* On-call payments (£50-£100 per week)
* Quarterly bonus (£1,500-£3,000 per year)
* £750 joining bonus (after probation)
Realistic earnings: £30,000-£34,000 OTE
