Based across the UK on our projects you will work on our Large Infrastructure within our Power Transmission and Distribution Projects. Benefit from our sheer scale and diversity by progressing quickly and exploring professional passions and established career paths What you'll be doing As a General Foreman you will have the following accountabilities: To ensure the safe, cost effective, timely and compliant delivery of HV OHL maintenance refurbishment, new build and dismantling works in accordance with Company, client, and regulatory standards. In particular overseeing project delivery to the expectations of the relevant Scheme Delivery Manager or Project Manager. Leading multiple multi-disciplinary gangs operating across large, potentially complex, programmes and/or working across a number of disparate projects. Who we're looking for You will have the following: The following qualities/experience are essential: Able to demonstrate a track record of project delivery Good understanding of the standard forms of contracts Experience in implementing safe systems of work Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels of the organisation Effective team management skills which empower, influence & inspire others to build effective teams.
