Product Manager
Location: Remote (EU timezone required)
This role is posted on behalf of the following client: They are a next-generation VR and mobile game development studio on a mission to elevate what’s possible in virtual worlds. With acclaimed titles on mobile and Meta Quest as well as a global community, they're dedicated to creating immersive, emotionally charged experiences that captivate players and push creative boundaries.
Role Overview:
The Product Manager will lead the player experience and growth strategy for a free-to-play mobile sports game, shaping the product vision and roadmap. This role partners closely with design, engineering, analytics, and live ops to develop features, events, and content that drive engagement and monetization. The position is responsible for analyzing player behavior, running experiments, and iterating to improve key metrics such as retention, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate brings F2P mobile game experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for sports. Consistent alignment with EU working hours is required.
Who You Are:
* 3+ years of product management experience on free-to-play mobile games, ideally with exposure to sports titles.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
* Familiarity with F2P mechanics including gacha, battle passes, live events, and economy balancing.
* Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Passion for sports and an understanding of what motivates sports fans as players.
* Based in the EU or able to work EU hours consistently.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with A/B testing platforms and mobile analytics tools.
* Background in game design or live operations. Knowledge of player acquisition and UA metrics.
