Your new role
You will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development. Working closely with teachers, you will assist with classroom activities, provide one-to-one support where needed, and help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Relevant Level 2, 3 or HLTA qualifications
2. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to respond to different learning styles and classroom challenges with flexibility.
4. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
