Role Description:
We are looking for a committed and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting the wellbeing of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
* Administer medications and manage clinical tasks in line with NMC standards
* Maintain accurate care records and documentation
* Support, mentor, and guide care staff as needed
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
* Relevant post-registration experience
* Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (essential)
* Strong communication skills and clinical knowledge
