The role
This role will sit as part of the Employee Relations (ER) team within the wider People and Change function.
The ER Support Officer will support the ER advisors with all of the below activities:

* Variety of ER casework and people issues.

On a typical day you will…
* Provide day‑to‑day support to the ER team with HR cases.

* Promote policies and practices that drive improvements in equity, diversity and inclusion across RoS.
* Support ER Advisors and RoS Managers with HR cases by taking notes and issuing correspondence linked to ER casework.
* Monitor the ER mailbox and act as a first point of contact for enquiries from a range of stakeholders, including managers, employees and third‑party suppliers.
