We are recruiting for an Electrical Trainer & Assessor to join a busy training centre in Northolt. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position where you will deliver engaging technical training and assessments across a range of electrical qualifications. You will support learners throughout their programme, maintain strong assessment standards and help drive timely completions through structured guidance and clear feedback.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality training and assessment within your areas of competence as an Electrical Trainer & Assessor.
* Support learners throughout their course, monitor progress and liaise with employers and colleagues to drive timely completions.
* Conduct assessments and examinations in line with awarding organisation requirements, mark promptly and provide clear feedback.
* Work closely with the Centre Manager on technical resources, course structure, material development and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate with customer services on candidate paperwork and feedback and raise any non-technical issues early.
* Liaise with scheduling to resolve timetable issues quickly and keep delivery running smoothly.
* Maintain candidate assessment paperwork accurately, securely and confidentially.
Organised with strong attention to detail for paperwork and compliance.
This is a full-time role with consistent weekday hours and structured support to upskill the right person, including incremental pay increases as your delivery scope expands.
