Office Based Graphic Designer
Location: Hampton, Full-time & Office-Based

This role is not a senior role and would suit someone who is a Graduate or who has some experience and looking for their next step.
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer to support their core brand and licensed properties across both digital and print platforms. This role will focus on high-quality 2D graphic design, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across websites, social media, press, packaging, catalogues, and wider marketing materials.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and evolving brand identity while delivering commercially effective creative assets.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Core Creative
• Develop and maintain strong visual consistency across the core brand and licensed brands
• Design marketing and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines
• Support brand development and visual evolution where required
Digital Design
• Create assets for websites (banners, landing page graphics, UI elements)
• Design content for social media platforms (static posts, carousels, ads, stories)
• Produce digital marketing materials including email graphics and online campaigns
• Optimise artwork for web performance and platform specifications
Print Design
• Design press adverts and promotional print materials
• Create packaging artwork (including print-ready files and cutter guides)
• Design product catalogues and brochures
• Prepare artwork for print production, liaising with printers where required
Licensed Brand Work
• Adapt and apply licensed brand guidelines accurately
• Work within strict brand frameworks while delivering fresh, commercial creative
• Ensure all designs meet licensor approval standards
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
Experience in a graphic design role
Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D graphic design across digital and print
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Solid understanding of print production processes and specifications
Experience designing for web and social platforms
Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Desirable
Experience working with licensed brands
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Photography skills or an interest in photography would be a strong advantage, as we conduct in-house photoshoots
Photography retouching experience is a plus
Experience in packaging design and FMCG/retail environments
