Offer description

Fantastic opportunity to join the 4th largest insurance provider in the UK, in Chesterfield, as a part-time temporary Receptionist/Admin Assistant. This is a temp-perm role, so you will be temping for 12 weeks before being offered a permanent position.
The role is due to start ASAP and offers 20 hours' work each week.


Day to day Duties

* Support health and safety tasks like maintaining records, monitoring contractor compliance, and helping with DSE assessments.
* Report any health and safety concerns to the appropriate team.
* Provide reception cover during lunch breaks and holidays, greeting visitors, managing calls, and handling mail and deliveries.


What we are looking for

* Organized and reliable individual to assist with reception and some health & safety admin tasks across two teams.
* Be the friendly face at reception during lunch breaks and holidays, ensuring smooth operations.
* Assist in keeping the workplace safe by supporting safety-related admin work.
* Ensure visitors and staff have a warm, professional experience at reception.
* Contribute to a compliant and welcoming environment as a key team member.


Perks of the Role

* Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm
* Weekly pay
* £12.21 per hour
* Free onsite parking
* Temp-perm contract
