We are seeking a reliable and hard working part-time Admin Assistant to work in our busy Interiors showroom on the Chatsworth Estate. The role can be busy and varied, therefore we require someone that can be adaptable to change. They must also be meticulous with an eye for detail.
The role will involve the following but not limited to:
* Working alongside the Director, providing administrative support for her and the team, where required.
* Producing documents for clients, to include quotes.
* Placing furniture and reupholstery orders for clients. Managing the diary for our reupholstery team.
* Liaising with suppliers.
* Stock data entry.
* Ordering of stationery.
* Checking invoices to ensure correct pricing has been applied.
* Plus all admin tasks as and when required.
The successful applicant must have:
* Excellent IT skills and be both qualified and experienced in Word and Excel.
* Good communication and organisational skills
* A helpful telephone manner and the ability to work well within a team
You will be working as part of a small team within the world of Interior Design and Furnishings. The hours would be 9am-5pm 3 days per week, plus holiday and sickness cover when needed.

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
