Role Description
Team RH is seeking a full-time Head of Sales to work on-site at our Gateshead location. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, analyze performance metrics, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, mentoring and leading the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Collaboration with other departments to align sales efforts with company goals is a critical component of this role.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies and performance goals.
Proven experience in Team Management and leadership, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive high-performance sales teams.
Proficiency in Account Management, fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess sales performance data, derive insights, and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred, alongside previous experience in a leadership sales role.
