The Job We are looking for a Staffing Manager who will be responsible for managing the deployment of our retail Event Workforce (Agency, Freelancers and Core Team) at Formula 1 races globally. This role offers extensive opportunity for international travel and working across international cultures. As official retail partner for Formula One, stichd oversees and manages all trackside merchandise operations at the vast majority of F1 races with the objective of delivering a best in-class experience for F1 fans across all applicable events. Your Mission Ensuring that we fulfil our workforce requirements for all events Allocating shifts using our workforce management system Conducting spot checks on partner agencies to ensure they are meeting their contractual obligations Help plan staff ingress processes and on site operations Creation of staff training and briefing documents, hosting pre-event briefing sessions Oversee the management of grievance and disciplinary processes Curating a positive working relationship with our key staffing partner agencies Facilitating Accreditation requests for all Workforce, working hand in glove with F1 Accreditation process and timelines Budget management Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects. Your Talent Bachelor’s degree; Min 3 yrs of experience in similar position; Attention to detail; Reliable and resilient; Highly organised and able to balance multiple projects at once; Clear and confident communication skills; Adaptable problem solving skills; Forward thinking and comfortable moving forward with incomplete information; People focussed on a global level; Proficient in the use of Office packages; Demonstrated use of Workforce Management systems; Good understanding of relevant employment laws and GDPR; Able to operate independently; Driving license & comfortable driving in different countries; Home language(s) of country where based, English on proficiency level.
