You are joining a new CE Brand and Go to market team for Consumer Electronics portfolio, focusing on TV, AV and Home Appliances category. We are seeking a new team member to play a vital role in transforming the team to coordinate the central product launches and critical initiatives. Role And Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Lead marketing campaigns for key Pan-European product launches, sustain and partnership campaigns. This includes devising campaign strategy, leading creative and production, toolkit creation, implementation through laison with other marketing functions and local markets, and performance reporting. Own the relationship with creative agency partners, including briefing process, budget management, creative feedback to make sure world-class executional excellence. Present a compelling case to senior collaborators and the finance team with a strong rationale and analysis on return on investment. The framework for data-driven campaign management and reporting tools. Establish the framework for KPI setting and measurement, dashboaring and reporting to improve Return on investment and performance. Accountable for the reporting for all campaigns you manage, both in-depth and execusitve summary on the live day. Coordinate with European marketing departments for consistent and impactful campaigns. Alignment and relationship management with Headquarters and 16 local markets. Manage different stakeholders in South Korea and subs to align strategy and activation plan. Your role is to influence subsidiaries local campaign plan and media investment to make sure all campaign assets are utilised in all markets. Work closely with Insights to measure campaign impact into numerical value. Continuously study and learn from standard methodologies to suggest innovative ideas for elevating Samsung to the top tier in marketing campaigns. What We Need For This Role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple markets. Proficient in legal and creative considerations for campaigns implemented across diverse European markets. Excellent agency relationship and network from your previous experience. Deep understanding of what makes marketing campaign stand out, engaging and drive performance. Strong sense of ownership on the projects you manage. Driven and determined to get things done. Excellent balance between creative and analytical skills Committed to Achieving Results – dedicated to pushing projects forward and reaching specific goals, even when working with different collaborators with different goals. You will need to be an efficient project manager, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively findings solutions and opportunities to deliver timely launch campaigns in Europe. Navigating Organisations – showcasing your ability to negotiate effectively, influencing collaborators from diverse teams and various leadership levels. You will need to be a people-person, building bridges and consensus and creating solid relationships both at European and HQ levels. The ability to lead and empower several teams in multiple locations towards shifting goals is crucial. Creative & Business Intelligence – commercially astute and with a good grasp of business goals, being able to formulate and identify creative strategies to meet those goals. You will need to have previous experience in managing integrated marketing plans and campaigns and creative agency management experience. Formulating succinct requests - being able to summarise complex information in a catchy and efficient way, to drive desired actions. You will need to use your influence to acquire information from various customers and team members. Strong problem solving and diplomatic skills to collaborate with many collaborators, both internal and external Is a natural networker who can encourage others and able to build positive relationships and to align outstanding viewpoints with individuals from various backgrounds. A positive and can-do attitude. Ability to perform under ambiguity and complexity in a face-paced environment. Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills What does success look like? Use consumer focused insights to define a campaign strategy for designated product categories and ensure globally-developed campaigns answer to European needs. Working with the Commercial, European marketing functions, and influence senior teams in headquarters to develop propositions and launch campaigns that are optimised to deliver against the category sales target. Plan and deliver successful campaigns to meet the sales and brand target. Monitor campaign implementation and results with the CMI team, providing informative campaign reports and standard methodology cases In turn, you will collaborate with marketing teams in local subsidiaries, campaigns can be implemented effectively across Europe. Make Europe stand out to be a light house for successful marketing campaigns within Samsung. The interview process Stage 1: Interview with Head of CE GTM. Stage 2: Interview and presentation with Head of Brand. There will be a presentation for the 2nd round of the interview.
