We're working in partnership with a well-established, highly regarded law firm on the South Coast, seeking a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is a standout opportunity for a solicitor looking to make a strategic lateral or promotional move into a firm known for its high-quality work, strong client relationships, and focus on high net worth individuals and owner‑managed businesses.
The Role
You will handle a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters, including business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company restructures and complex commercial contracts. The work is varied, intellectually engaging and client‑facing, offering genuine exposure to high‑value transactions and long‑term advisory relationships.

Requirements
