We are seeking a MRCGP qualified, GMC registered General Practitioner with a passion for lifestyle medicine and technological innovation. You will play a central role in delivering a unique screening and assessment model, empowering patients to proactively improve their health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional patient experiences in a next-generation clinic environment.
* Assess and interpret health assessment results, providing clear explanations to patients.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Develop personalised lifestyle plans to support patients in improving their health.
* Flexible working: Clinics operate weekdays until 21:00 and Saturdays 09:00–17:00. Some flexibility to work late and Saturday shifts is required.
