Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Wirral Council's Adults Team undertaking Care Act Assessments and Reviews. This is a full time role offering a great pay rate of £33 per hour.

Responsibilities:
* Undertake Care Act assessments and reviews.
* Required to have sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005.
* Must be able to undertake MCA's and best interest assessments.
* Have sound knowledge, experience and skills in respect to safeguarding.
* Experience in regard to Continuing Health Care and have attended CHC/MDT's.
* Prepared to undertake face to face visits.
Requirements:
* Social Work Degree
* Social Work England registered
* Enhanced DBS
