Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Person to join our team. The role involves maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard, supporting general grounds maintenance, and ensuring sports pitches are prepared and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grass cutting, mowing, and strimming
* Use of power tools and grounds maintenance equipment
* Marking out football pitches
* Operating trackers and related equipment
* General grounds maintenance duties
* Chemical control (if holding PA1–PA6a licence)
Requirements:
* Experience in grounds maintenance or similar role preferred
* Ability to safely use power tools
* PA1–PA6a licence desirable (for chemical control duties)
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Good work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
