Darell Primary and Nursery School, in collaboration with five other primary schools, is seeking two dedicated Family Support workers to support families on a range of issues impacting home life and increase family engagement within your 3 allocated schools.
This is a unique opportunity to implement family support initiatives, carry out casework by building meaningful relationships with families, and ensure that every child and family has access to the guidance and resources they need to thrive. No two days will be the same, you may be in a family home, facilitating a support session in the parent space, welcoming families on the school gate or in multiagency meetings.
You’ll be working closely with school teams, external partners, and local communities—bringing people together to create lasting positive change, under the guidance of our family support lead.
