Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an Associate to work in the upper quartile property market within York.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale
* Be responsible for your own lead generation by prospecting for new business
* Work closely with clients from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs smoothly through to completion
* Maintain strong client relationships
* Provide exceptional service to the clients
