Woodham's Farm Day Nursery – Nursery Practitioner – Level 2
Location: Kingsworthy, Hampshire, United Kingdom.
Working hours: 34 hours per week (Monday–Friday). Shifts are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, 24 hours per week.
Salary: £30,045 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Ensure each child’s individual needs are met and provide a high standard of professional care and education in a caring, safe and secure environment.
* Observe, assess and plan engaging, stimulating and challenging early years activities that support each child’s learning and development.
* Engage as a professional member of the team, exhibiting a flexible attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
* Read, apply, review and adhere to company policies, procedures and risk assessments in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Deliver comprehensive support to children’s physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.
Qualifications
* Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification – essential.
* Fluent in written and spoken English – essential.
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in Early Years – desirable.
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for EYFS and regulatory requirements – desirable.
