PM Group is looking for a Procurement Manager to join a global biopharmaceutical client in Surrey. Responsibilities:Collaborate with project planners, estimators and engineers to forecast procurement needs (procurement plan)Manage tendering process including preparation, bid evaluation, clarification and selectionNegotiate terms and conditions including delivery timelines, warranties, penalties and payment termsMonitor contract and supplier performance against contractual obligationsTrack commitments, variations and invoices to control costs along with Linesight cost controllersMaintain complete records of procurement activities, contracts and communicationsIdentify procurement risks and develop mitigation strategiesManage procurement related changes and claims in co-ordination with project control teams Deliverables:Procurement PlanNegotiate PlanProject vendor mappingVendor scope changeContract risk mapping/opportunity mappingCost avoidance - savings expert Requirements Previous level of experience in a Procurement Manager or Lead roleKnowledge of supplier contracts, suppliers relationship and contracting communitiesAbility to negotiate Ideally have worked in the Pharmaceutical industry or similar Contract till December 2026OnsiteInside IR35 - travel, food and hotel expenses included
