To deliver an effective, systematic customer service and prompt administration support function within the service and parts department.
Role & Responsibility
Service support:
1. Completing order paperwork for relevant machines
2. Providing administrative service to the service department
3. Deal with all administration for parts
4. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated contact
5. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
6. Warranty administration including reports on a weekly basis
7. Point of contact for warranty issues
8. Deal with any queries with carriage company
9. Distribute and file documentation in relevant sections
10. Liaise with service and parts department
11. Meet order and delivery supply deadlines
12. Maintain high standards of professional conduct in relationships with suppliers
13. Exploit the global service network
14. Maintain consistent knowledge of information updates available to dealers
15. Receive external telephone calls, ensuring all calls and messages are transferred to the appropriate recipient in a timely manner.
16. Stationery ordering Daily external postal duties
17. Sort and distribute all parts and invoices
Job Requirement
18. Education & Qualification :Engineering - Technical.
19. Technical understanding
20. Very good English skills
21. Good IT skills
22. Expericnce: 2>5 years
23. Experience as purchaser for production
