Tallis Amos Group are seeking to recruit a full time Financial Administrator to join our Leominster depot. You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and administrative tasks to support the continued growth of the business. Key tasks and responsibilities: * Processing Sales Ledger transactions for the Depot; Cheques, Credit Cards, and Cash. * Allocation/Maintenance of internal control accounts relating to our Online Sales platforms. * Processing of Purchase Ledger invoices and staff expense claims. * Production of customer welcome packs for machinery deliveries, road registration of new and used machinery – updating company and DVLA records accordingly. * Reconciling Till float and investigating/resolving discrepancies. * Reconciling and processing Petty Cash transactions/float. * Dealing with Customer account enquiries – both via telephone and in person. Resolving queries and taking payments as necessary * Supporting the CFO in the production of accurate and timely analysis and reports to support the production of management information. * Assisting with Credit Control We are looking to hire someone to join our busy team in Leominster who has previous experience in a similar role. Someone who has well developed communication skills, a keen eye for accurate and efficient data input and someone who is a committed team player. We would love to hear from you if you have experience of SAGE and ideally Ibcos Gold. We are also particularly interested if you have already possess AAT or similar qualification but we could offer this for the right candidate.
