As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:
* Hands on creating a wide range of dishes from starters to desserts
* A real team-player delivering quality service at pace
* Always workingin a way that keeps our guests and team safe
* Organised and able to work well under pressure
* Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
