We have a rare & exciting opportunity for an experienced & passionate Learning Disability nurse to join the Intensive Support Team (IST) as a Team Leader in band 7 within the West Specialist Learning Disability Service.
The Team Leader role in IST involves working with adults with a learning disability and challenging behavior and/or mental health issues in the community, aiming to prevent hospital admissions.
