We have a very exciting opportunity for an outgoing and processfocused individual to join a well-established team as a Recruitment and HR Assistant.

About the role
This role will be supporting both the Recruitment and HRfunction within our team, with a primary focus on recruitment.
You will be expected to provide an outstanding candidatejourney and support a smooth transition for candidates right through to theonboarding stage. The successful candidate will place adverts internally andexternally, screen applicants, facilitate video interviews where relevant and liaise with management across the board, all the way to Director level, toco-ordinate interviews across Group. The ideal candidate will be able to assess applicants for the soft and hard skills required for a plethora of roles across Group, aligning them with our company culture and values.
You should have excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, a keen eye for spotting potential within our applicants and demonstratea strong sense of organisation, as the role will require you to oversee anumber of roles and responsibilities at one time.
Alongside recruitment duties, the successful candidate will support our HR function, assisting with a variety of administrative duties suchas reference checks, DBS checks, monitoring the HR inbox and providing supportacross Group for our People Management system. You will also be expected to turn your hand toa variety of Ad-Hoc HR duties as and when required.
The chosen candidate for this role will have outstandingpeople skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport quickly with a widevariety of people. We’re also looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, adesire to learn and grow, and a drive to help the wider team and support thebusiness throughout its journey.

Hours
Full time- 37.5hours a week, based out of our Head Office-Skoda Leeds.
