Job Title: Commercial Account Handler
Salary : £30,000 - £42,000
Location: Warwick (with hybrid working and flexibility for nearby regional offices)
Leicester, Birmingham, Northampton, Telford, Shrewsbury also considered
Salary: Up to early £40,000s depending on experience

This is a well-established and highly regarded insurance brokerage with around 35 employees in its Warwick office. The business specialises in commercial clients, handling premiums typically between £25,000–£30,000 and up to £500,000. Known for its strong reputation and investment in people, the firm offers a supportive culture with a focus on progression and stability.
Role Summary:
Due to growth and demand, we are seeking Account Handlers at varying levels of experience. You will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, with responsibilities tailored to your background — from handling smaller books at entry level to overseeing more complex, higher-value clients in senior handler positions. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients: build trusted relationships and deliver high-quality service
• Prepare renewal reports and terms: ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for clients
• Support account executives and brokers: collaborate effectively to deliver best outcomes
• Handle client queries: resolve issues efficiently and provide clear guidance
• Contribute to team success: bring a positive, proactive approach to shared goals
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar Account Handler or insurance role
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance with experience handling renewals
• Familiarity with Acturis software desirable
• Positive team-player attitude with strong communication skills
• Local to Warwick or surrounding areas, with flexibility for hybrid working
