Key Responsibilities:
* Open your section and prepare for service.
* Manage multiple sections as needed.
* Prepare dishes according to company specifications at all times.
* Strive to meet ticket times and communicate effectively if delays occur.
* Support the Senior Chef during service for smooth operations.
* Prepare food based on prep lists.
* Close and clean your section, ensuring all prep is completed.
* Follow all health, safety, and food safety procedures and policies.
* Undertake any reasonable management requests.
* Maintain respect and composure in all interactions.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking.
* A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgment and minimal supervision.
