Are you an experienced care professional looking for your next step? We’re looking for a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team in an independent living setting.
As our Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent care for our residents. Ideally you should hold a Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care
* Deputise for the Registered Manager during their absence
* Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate coverage
* Be the first point of contact for staff and residents with daily queries
* Support a high standard of care and promote independence and wellbeing
