The Role
* Acting as a brand ambassador, sharing your deep understanding of Harper James’ value proposition and solutions.
* Proactively reach out to prospect customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate brand awareness and interest.
* Effectively qualify new leads generated by marketing campaigns through a consultative approach and actively listening to their challenges and opportunities.
* Manage and maintain the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record activities.
* Coordinate and support calls/demos for the senior sales team.
* Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with customers.
