We’re growing — and looking for a Sports & Entertainment Junior Video Editor & Animator to join our team.
The Role
* This role is about bringing stories to life and creating hype.
* The kind of films that give people goosebumps.

You’ll support on:
* Cutting high-energy pitch and partnership films
* Creating sizzle reels for elite sports properties and athletes
* Animating decks and motion assets
* Sound design and music selection
* Social-first edits and short-form content
* Supporting shoots and post-production workflows
You’ll learn directly from experienced creatives working at the highest level in sport and entertainment.
Confidentiality and professionalism are critical — we work with major global brands and talent.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong editing instincts — pacing, rhythm, emotion
* Confident in Adobe Premiere Pro
* Working knowledge of After Effects (animation, titles, simple motion graphics)
* Understanding of sound design and music sync
* Ability to work quickly without sacrificing craft
* Passion for sport and storytelling
* Detail-obsessed — you notice the frame that’s 2 frames too long
* Hungry to learn and improve fast
Bonus (not essential):
* Experience with high-end sports edits
* Colour grading knowledge
* Experience cutting cinematic trailers or hype films
* Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools
