Solenis is seeking an HR Manager for the UK & Ireland to oversee local HR operations and implement global HR programs. This role will involve employee experience, engagement, and compliance, while leading the HR team in managing all aspects of local HR delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a proven HR leadership background, strong knowledge of UK and Irish employment law, and excellent communication skills. A CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred. This position includes travel requirements of up to 20% across the UK and Ireland.
