This is a sales-focused role where building relationships, identifying customer needs, and confidently closing deals are key to success. From concept to completion, youll take ownership of the customer journey providing expert advice, creating inspiring designs, and delivering an outstanding sales experience.
What Youll Be Doing
* Meeting customers in their homes to understand their vision and requirements
* Designing kitchens that combine style, practicality, and functionality
* Advising customers on layouts, products, and tailored solutions
* Managing the design and sales process from initial consultation through to completion
* Building strong relationships with trade customers and homeowners
* Identifying sales opportunities and upselling products where appropriate
* Confidently negotiating and closing sales to achieve targets
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage
What Were Looking For
* Proven sales experience is essential, ideally within kitchens, interiors, retail, or home improvement
* A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
* Confidence in negotiating and closing sales
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* A natural eye for design and attention to xsngvjr detail
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to your own vehicle
* CAD/design experience preferred but not essential
