11Arches is the production company of multi award-winning Kynren - An Epic Tale of England.
Our food and beverage team are recruiting, and we are looking to build a full team fit for our tenth anniversary season. Therefore, we are searching for an enthusiastic and talented hospitality staff who help deliver excellent service to our guests.
We are looking for individuals with a positive, can-do attitude and prior experience is desirable but not necessary as 11Arches will provide you with all the training you need to be successful.
Kynren is a 90-minute spectacle which draws up to 8,000 visitors to its site for each show. Delivering an effective food and beverage service to this number of guests is no mean feat, and as such we require a strong and versatile team who are willing to take on the challenge.
Job Purpose:
To help deliver a timely and effective food and beverage service during the tenth anniversary season of Kynren. Our food and beverage team includes positions inside and outside the kitchen, and we are also looking for supervisors to help manage the flow of service. The role involves working on Saturday throughout summer. Working days will be every Saturday from 05/07/25 until 13/09/25, with the exception of the 12th of July. Additional working outside of these times may be requested but, unless stated in interview, is not required for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor cleanliness in your working area and ensure a good standard of housekeeping at all times, including the implementation of food hygiene practices.
* To liaise with both the food and beverage team, and the wider operations team, to deliver the food and beverage operation.
* Ensure rotational stock techniques are used and regularly date check products.
* Restocking of service areas before, after and during service; including the prioritisation of tasks to ensure the most critical items are restocked first.
* Report any damages, low stock levels or customer issues to your line manager at the earliest and most reasonable opportunity. Reaffirm any issues via email once service has finished.
* Engage in training regarding proper safety, hygiene, operational, and customer service procedure, and subsequently deliver a service in line with such training.
* Use a good standard of English language to communicate clearly and effectively with other members of the team and with customers.
* Work with the operation team to ensure a swift and safe queue area, which including directing customers to the most suitable till point and answering any questions they have.

Person Specification
Essential
* Excellent communication skills – the ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with customer queries.
* Personable, friendly, and confident manner.
* Resilient, punctual and able to work to a strict schedule.
Desirable
* Experience of in a hospitality setting.
* A valid food safety and hygiene qualification from the past 3 years.
