As they continue to grow, they’re looking for an ambitious Head of Business Development to lead their sales team and spearhead growth across new and existing markets.
The Role
This is a leadership role for someone who loves both strategy and action. You’ll manage and motivate an office-based sales team while also getting out there to win and develop new business.
You’ll play a key part in shaping the business development strategy and building long-term relationships with clients in construction and related sectors.
Responsibilities
* Lead, Motivate & Develop a high-performing sales team
* Own and execute the new business sales strategy
* Identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals with new clients
* Manage key accounts to maximise value and retention
* Report to senior leadership with insight on market trends and performance
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales leadership experience
* Strong track record in new business development
* Ideally from the construction, workforce solutions, or related sectors
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strategic mindset with the ability to lead from the front
