What you will do:
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and student OTs, fostering a supportive and dynamic team environment.
* Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs-led support strategies for children and their families.
* Develop, plan, and implement intervention programmes to assist children in achieving their fullest potential.
* Engage with families to build strong relationships, ensuring a seamless service tailored to each child’s unique circumstances.
* Collaborate with the management team to evaluate service delivery and implement improvements based on analytical insights.
Requirements:
* Current HCPC registration.
* Minimum two years of post-qualification experience as an occupational therapist.
* Must be a car driver as travel may be required to meet with families and engage in community activities.
