Job Description
* Manage and grow relationships with key European accounts to achieve sales targets.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to client needs.
* Identify opportunities for expanding product offerings within existing accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends and maintain a competitive edge.
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
* Travel across Europe as required to meet with key clients and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful European Key Account Manager should have:
* Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
* A strong understanding of European markets and distributors and consumer trends.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
* Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM systems.
* Willingness to travel within Europe for business purposes.
