Resident Liaison Officer £33,083 per annum Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire Full Time Fixed Term Contract until September 2027

Wereon the hunt for a dedicated and enthusiastic Resident Liaison Officer to join our amazing Operations team at Fairhive! If you enjoy helping others, working in a supportive environment, and contributing to meaningful projects, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the role
As a valued team member, you will play an essential role in our daily operations where no two days are the same.
Your contributions will help the team deliver on our goals and contribute to Fairhivesoverall success. The role will require team workand collaboration so if you have previousrelevant experience and a drive to succeed then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities will include: Liaising with residents and leaseholders before, during and after planned and investment works.
Organising and undertaking decants and recants where appropriateor needed.
Attending contractor meetings and taking on responsibilities for resident queries, issuesand feedback.
Dealing with non-access issues, passing hoarding and welfare referrals to the Housing Team.
Key Requirements Experience in a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills andtheability to have difficult conversations
Good organisational, time management, administrative and prioritisation skills
Intermediate IT skills
