FP&A Analyst | London (Hybrid Working) | Real Estate | up to £75,000 + Bonus & Benefits
A leading real estate investment and management group is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join their growing finance function. With a substantial asset portfolio across key global markets, this business offers the opportunity to operate at scale while working closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting a variety of teams in understanding and managing capex.
* Identifying cost optimisation opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
* Building and maintaining interactive dashboards using Power BI to enhance financial visibility.
* Preparing reports and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning.
* Driving improvements in reporting processes, data quality, and automation.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
* Strong experience handling large datasets and financial modelling.
* Hands-on experience with Power BI and advanced Excel.
* Proactive communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
