You'll be part of a collaborative team of over 17 Solicitors advising on complex, high-value matters for household-name clients across a range of industries. The Role You'll be joining a busy and expanding team handling a wide variety of matters, including: Advising employers on HR issues, employment disputes, and restructures Drafting and negotiating employment documentation and settlement agreements Providing employment law support on corporate transactions and TUPE Representing clients in tribunals and courts Advising senior executives on terminations and sensitive employment matters Participating in business development and client relationship management About You 4 years' PQE from a City, national, or leading regional firm Strong track record in contentious and non-contentious employment law Experience acting for employers and advising senior executives Confident in client communication, drafting, and negotiation Commercial awareness and the ability to manage a varied caseload Ideally, exposure to TUPE, immigration, or financial services regulatory issues (desirable) Why Join?
