An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an Worcester based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects upcoming.
Duties:
•Optimising contract profitability
•Provide quotations to clients for variations
•Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
•Accurate monthly cost and value reports
•All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
•Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
•Time management skills and meeting deadlines
•Experience in value engineering
•Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration:
•Up to £80,000 dependant on experience
