About the Role
As an Instore Tactical Merchandiser, you’ll be the heartbeat of our products on the shop floor. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Owning your territory with pride, from point-of-sale placement to stock replenishment and auditing.
* Creating and maintaining visually impactful displays that captivate customers.
* Building strong relationships with store colleagues and managers.
* Ensuring stock is replenished and displays stay on-brand.
* Taking charge of your own cost-effective journey plan to make every visit count.

While previous merchandising experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory. What we’re really looking for is:

* Location within 15 miles of the advertised area.
* The ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
* A full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
