Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with a business in Bicester that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a fixed-term contract. The role will support the Finance Manager across a broad range of transactional finance duties.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
* Bank reconciliations and cashbook maintenance
* Supplier payments and expense analysis
* Credit control support and customer statements
* Maintaining accurate financial records and electronic filing
* Supporting month-end reconciliations
What they're looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good IT skills including Excel
* Highly organised
* Strong attention to detail
