Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term - Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 15:30

This fanstatic SEN school in Stevenage is looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to work as a School Mental Health Teaching Assistant alongside their clinical team, supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, ADHD, communication challenges, Down Syndrome, and Speech, Language, and Communication Needs. This role is perfect for anyone looking to pursue a career in mental health, counselling, youth work, social care, or justice.

Your Role as a School Mental Health Teaching Assistant:

* Provide tailored support to students with a range of complex mental health and behavioural needs.
* Gain practical, hands-on experience working with students who require additional support.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to help students grow, develop, and overcome challenges.
* Build your career within the education and training sector while making a positive impact.

What We’re Looking For:

* A degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field (experience with SEN is an advantage).

* Ideally located within a commutable distance to Stevenage.
