Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
Act as a confident role model for all new team members whilst taking hands on approach
Run conferences & events, ranging from small board meetings to weddings every day is different and all events are tailored to the individuals
Support the Food & Beverage operation in other areas when required
Coordinate with the kitchen to manage food and beverage orders for events.
Interact with guests to provide exceptional service, taking orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Liaise with event organisers to ensure all expectations are delivered and exceeded
Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Support team members and collaborate to achieve common goals.
Support the management team to deliver consistently high standards
Safety and Company Policies:

Preferred Qualifications:
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role.
