Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager has become available. The job location is flexible and will be based in the Greater London and East Anglia region of the UK. You will be responsible for the effective management of a geographically dispersed portfolio of customer contracts and assignments across the operational area.
Responsibilities
* Manage and retain allocated contracts and strive to achieve organic growth through a proactive approach to operator sales.
* Deliver income and margin expectations in line with budget and business targets.
* Deliver all price increases in line with contract renewal dates within set timescales.
* Drive customer service delivery standards to maximise employee retention through role improvement opportunities, training, development and succession planning.
* Deliver the security service in a customer centric and cost effective manner.
* HR functions and employee management such as conducting grievance, disciplinary and investigation processes.
* Uniform & equipment procurement administration.
What we are looking for
* Knowledge of operation of office equipment, clerical and administrative procedures, principles and practices of office management
* Experience of multiple office technology and software applications.
* Minimum 5 x GCSEs or equivalent to include English Language & Mathematics
* Bachelors Degree of equivalent
* Post Graduate Diploma in Security related subject
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Current frontline SIA Licence
