ABOUT THE ROLE
Beamery are looking for a Talented Product Manager to join a newly formed team, within our Talent Data Services vector. The team’s mission is to improve the data platform capabilities of Beamery for our enterprise clients, enabling consistent in-app reporting & insights across the platform & to provide a publicly accessible API / connector to allow customers to integrate the platform with their own BI technology stack
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT BEAMERY
Collaborate with engineering, customers, colleagues and technology partners to elicit, understand, rationalize & prioritize requests for new functionality
Use your analytical skills to analyze qualitative & quantitative customer data to gather meaningful insights and make impactful product decisions
Drive the product strategy & vision of how we use data to deliver critical reports, insights and services (delivered through APIs and in app experiences).
Get stuck in with market research & customer interviews to gain a deep understanding of our customer’s pain points and challenges
Take charge in creating key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the data platform
Work in an environment of ambiguity, working through developer and analyst personas to understand value as delivered to the end user
Encourage creativity; providing a safe space to share thoughts and ideas that will help positively shape Beamery’s product, internal processes and culture.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Worked as a Product Manager on data related technical Products,
You’ve lived & breathed data in a previous role. You’ve approached tasks thinking about how data behaves, how it’s interpreted or misinterpreted & how the state of the data impacts user experience
You’ll be an analytical thinker and have the ability to leverage data; driving insights to make informed decisions. You’ll understand key metrics, conduct data analysis, and use data to identify opportunities, measure success, and continuously improve the reporting capabilities.
You are customer centric; well adverse in dealing with high volume feature requests & know how to prioritize balancing customer happiness whilst balancing impact vs resource
You’ll be a Leader with the ability to influence and inspire cross functional teams to fulfill their goals
You’ll have a passion for Product & Data, striving to make impact within an industry that has so much room for technical growth
You live for solving businesses problems and strategizing how we use technology to really make a difference within the HR Tech space
